MELVIN EUGENE TUCKER was born on July 24, 1951 and joined the Armed Forces while in Justice, IL.

He served as a 63C20 in the Army, and attained the rank of PFC/E3.

On October 11, 1970, at the age of 19, Melvin Eugene Tucker perished in the service of our country in Quang Tri, South Vietnam.
