2 POUNDS OF GROUND MEAT, COOK AND DRAIN OFF GREASE

 

STIR THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS INTO THE CRUMBLED COOKEDMEAT: 

            11/2 TSP SALT

            1/2TSP PEPPER

            1/2TSP ONION POWDER

            3/4CUP FLOUR

            2/3CUP POWDERED DRY MILK

 

MIX THE INGREDIENTS WITH THE MEAT , STIR AND BLEND TOGETHERSO THE MEAT IS EVENLY COATED WITH THE DRY INGREDIENTS.

 

TURN THE STOVE TO MEDIUM  HIGH HEAT AND SLOWLY ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER STIRRINGCONSANTLY.  GRAVY WILL FORM AS YOUSTIR AND SLOWLY ADD THE WATER. YOU MIGHT NOT NEED ALL OF IT OR YOU MIGHT NEEDMORE.

 

SERVE OVER CHEAP WHITE BREAD.
